Parful Events
One event, several rounds, one set of books
A member-guest that plays Friday and Saturday, an association championship over two rounds, a company weekend with golf both days: the organizing question is whether that is one event or several. In Parful it is one event with a round per day, so registration, sponsors, money and results stay together while each day keeps its own golf.
Days on the schedule, rounds in the golf
The event carries a public schedule of its days, and the competition carries a round per playing day. Each round is configured on its own: its course, its format, and its start type, shotgun or tee times. A Friday scramble followed by a Saturday stroke-play round is a normal configuration, not a workaround.
Each round’s rules freeze when it starts scoring
When a round opens for scoring, its configuration is captured as that round’s frozen snapshot. Later edits to the event’s settings apply to future rounds, never retroactively to one already played. Nobody re-litigates Friday’s allowances on Saturday morning, because Friday is sealed.
Scoring across the days
Each day scores like any Parful round: one scorer per group in the phone browser, the card desk for paper, the operations view for the organizer. Multi-round stroke play supports cut lines between rounds, and the leaderboard carries the event across its days rather than presenting two disconnected results.
Priced by days, never by players
Multi-day pricing is the same shape as everything else in Parful Events: the flat activation fee for your plan, plus a smaller per-day fee for each additional day, up to five days per event. Player count never changes the price. The free rung is for single-day outings; a multi-day event activates on a paid plan.
