Run the Outing

From sign-up to tee sheet, the day organizes itself.

Open registration, and members sign up from their phones. Generate groups, fix what the algorithm can’t know by hand, set tees per player, and share scoring links — the same screen runs registration, groups, scoring, and results.

Who is Parful Clubs for?

Clubs, societies, and leagues whose members golf on a regular basis — weekly games, season Competitions, Standings, a real roster. If you are an organization running one or two golf days a year, that is Parful Events, coming soon.

How much does Parful Clubs cost?

Free for clubs with up to 8 active members — no card, no time limit. Bigger clubs start with a 30-day full-access trial, then pay a simple annual fee based on active member count — every tier includes the full product, with no feature gates. Clubs that join during beta lock in founder pricing.

Do players need to download an app?

No. Players score from their phone browser using a QR code, PIN, or secure link, and every public page — leaderboards, brackets, Standings, the club hub — opens without a login or an install.

Can we use our own course and tees?

Pick your course from a built-in database of 30,000+ — tees, yardages, pars, stroke indexes, ratings, and slopes included — or build a custom course if yours is not covered. Different players can play different tees in the same group, and playing handicaps adjust per tee automatically.

Can one scorecard settle several Competitions?

Yes. A player scores once, and that round resolves every Competition it counts toward — the day’s prizes, knockout matches, season Standings — plus side games like skins and Nassau running alongside.

Can we run match play and team competitions?

Yes — singles and doubles match play with single and double elimination brackets, round robin, flights, walkovers and concessions. Public bracket pages and printable posters with QR codes are built in. Team cup weekends — two teams, sessions, a live cup board — are rolling out club by club during beta; ask support to switch them on for yours.

Can I see a real club before signing up?

Yes. Use See a Live Club to browse a real club running on Parful — schedule, results, Competitions, season Standings, and public leaderboards — with no account and nothing to install.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Clubs with up to 8 active members simply stay free — the trial clock never applies to them. For bigger clubs, nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away: your data stays visible and exportable, and operating — new Outings, registration, scoring, emails — resumes as soon as you choose a plan.

What is still in beta?

The club-operations core — members, Outings, scoring, Competitions, Standings, public pages, the member portal — is fully live. The store, sponsorships, and Financials are the newest areas and carry the beta badge; standard payment-processing fees apply to store sales.
