Outing day

Run every outing from one place.

Side games

Skins, Nassau and the side bets, settled from the same card.

Players start a game from the outing page on their phone: skins for the group, a Nassau against a mate, Vegas in pairs, Rabbit, Wolf, Snake and thirty more. Scores come from the normal scorecard, so nobody keeps a second tally, and the standings move as the holes land.

More than thirty games, one scorecard
Skins, Nassau, Wolf, Vegas, Dots, Rabbit, Snake, Nines, Sixes, Bingo Bango Bongo and the rest, with the rules a tap away. Every game reads the official card. Nothing is entered twice.
Players run them, not the committee
Anyone in the field starts a game, invites their group or opens it to everyone, and picks gross, net or Stableford. Whole-field pools like the birdie pool, greenies and sandies work the same way.
Optional stakes, agreed by everyone
Put dollars or units on a game if you want. The wager only starts once every player has accepted the exact terms, and a cap on the maximum loss is one setting.
Live during the round, final at close-out
Standings update as scores come in. When the outing is closed out the results freeze, and the finished games stay on the results page with a hole-by-hole breakdown.

Golf trips

A golf trip is a short season.

Add the players once, create an outing for each course, give each day its own competition, run the side games from the same scorecard and keep one standings table across the trip.

The Report Center

Every sheet the club prints, ready before the day.

Pick a report and see the exact page before it goes to paper. Tee sheets, scorecards, results, prize lists and season tables come from the same records as everything else, so the sheet on the noticeboard matches the standings on the club site.

Can I use Parful for a golf society or league?

Yes. Clubs, societies, leagues, golf trips and groups of friends are the same product: a roster, a schedule of outings, competitions and season standings. If you run one or two golf days a year instead, that is Parful Events.

Can I use Parful for a golf trip or a group of friends?

Yes. A golf trip is a short season: set up the group as a club, add a round for each day, score from phones and let the standings and a knockout bracket decide the winner. A regular group of friends works the same way, and up to 8 members is free with no time limit.

Can we run skins, Nassau and other side bets?

Yes. Players start side games from the outing page on their phones: skins, Nassau, Wolf, Vegas, Rabbit, Snake, Dots and more than thirty others, all scored from the normal scorecard. Stakes are optional and a wager starts only once every player has accepted its terms.

Can we print tee sheets, scorecards and results?

Yes. The Report Center lists every sheet the club can print, including tee sheets, group scorecards, attendance sheets, results, prize winners, bracket draws and season standings, and shows each one exactly as it will print before you print it or save it as a PDF.

Can I import my existing member list?

Yes. Import from your association’s standard member export, and likely duplicates are flagged before they split a member’s scoring record.

Can members register and pay for outings online?

Yes. Members register from their phones, with capacity, waitlists and guests handled. Entries, add-ons and merchandise sell through the club store with card checkout. The store and financials areas are in beta.

Can players enter scores from their phones?

Yes. Players score in their phone browser using a QR code, PIN or link. There is no app to download, and the leaderboard updates as cards come in.

Can Parful run season-long standings?

Yes. Finalized outing and competition results feed season standings automatically, with divisions and configurable points.

Can we use Parful for match play competitions?

Yes. Singles and doubles match play with single and double elimination brackets, round robin, flights, walkovers and concessions. Public bracket pages and printable posters with QR codes are built in. Team cup weekends are rolling out club by club during beta; ask support to switch them on for yours.

Does Parful manage member handicaps?

Yes. Parful calculates and revises handicaps from the rounds your members play. Sync with an official handicap service runs for linked clubs where it is supported, and it is not required.

How much does Parful Clubs cost?

Free for clubs with up to 8 active members, with no card and no time limit. Bigger clubs start with a 30-day full-access trial, then pay an annual fee based on active member count. Every tier includes the full product, with no feature gates.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Clubs with up to 8 active members simply stay free; the trial clock never applies to them. For bigger clubs, nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away. Your data stays visible and exportable, and operating resumes as soon as you choose a plan.

Can I see a real club before signing up?

Yes. Use See a Live Club to browse a real club running on Parful, including its schedule, results, competitions, standings and public leaderboards, with no account and nothing to install.
