Buyers, sponsors and donors pay as guests with an email address; only the committee signs in. This page covers the fundraising side of Parful’s golf tournament management software.
Write the story, set a header image and publish a fundraising goal; the page shows a raised bar against it and a countdown to the date. Packages, sponsor tiers and the donate button sit underneath, a cap closes the field and a waitlist catches the overflow.
A captain often pays for four before the team is settled. The empty seats sit on your worklist, the buyer gets a link to pass on, and each player fills in their own details. Reminders can go to just the buyers with seats still unnamed.
Sponsors get a page of their own to upload a logo, check their details and name their players, so the committee is not chasing files by email the week of the tournament.
Card payments land as they happen. A sponsor who has promised, a foursome playing with a balance or a check still in the post sits on the receivables list with a promise date, until it is paid or written off. The check-in desk shows anyone who still owes before they tee off.
The desk finds a player by name or scans the code on their confirmation. Groups and pairings come from the registrations, and a shotgun start assigns holes. One player per group scores in the phone browser: scramble, stroke play, Stableford or best ball. Closest-to-the-pin and long-drive volunteers enter results on the hole with their own codes.
Scoring needs a phone signal. A hole saved in a dead spot is kept on the phone and sent when the signal returns, and the card desk takes paper cards from a group that had none.
Set a budget before the first dollar is spent and log each expense against it. After the tournament, card, cash and checks reconcile by method, the financial close locks the books, and the closeout report gives the board revenue by stream, expenses and net proceeds, with the spreadsheets behind it in one download.
A one-day stroke play, Stableford, skins or scramble tournament is free, with any number of players. That is enough to rehearse registration, scoring and the leaderboard. A charity scramble with sponsors, donations and an auction is $50. You pay once, when the tournament goes live, with no subscription and nothing per player.
Your Parful price is one thing. Card fees are another, and they depend on what is being paid for.

The buyer sees one "Processing & service fee" line: Parful's 2.5% service fee on the price, plus Stripe's card processing (2.9% + $0.30). You receive the price you set.
Parful adds no fee, and nothing is added to what the giver pays. Stripe's card processing (2.9% + $0.30) is taken from the amount before it reaches you.
