The small print

How billing works.

Parful Clubs

Only active members count toward your club’s size. Guests and archived members do not.
A free club that grows past 16 members gets its 30-day trial then.
Billed monthly by card. Cancel any time from the club’s Billing page, and the club stays active to the end of the month it paid for.
A club that stops paying goes read-only. Nothing is deleted: the data stays visible and exportable, and the club runs again once it pays.

Parful Tournaments

You pay once, when the tournament goes live, with no subscription and nothing per player.
A free tournament goes live without paying.
Turn something on after the tournament is live and you pay only the difference, never past $99 in all.
A live tournament never goes offline over billing.
Receipts, refunds and tax settings are never paywalled.

Pricing questions

How does Clubs pricing work?

Every club gets the full Parful Clubs product. Clubs with 16 or fewer active members are free. Bigger clubs start with a 30-day full-access trial, then pay $9.99 a month, one price for every club from 17 to 300 members. Over 300, the price is set with you during the trial. It is billed monthly by card, and you can cancel any time from the club’s Billing page.

Is Parful priced per player?

No. Neither product charges per player, so a field of 20 and a field of 200 cost the same. Players score from their phone browser, with no app to download.

Are there any other fees for Clubs?

No setup fees, no per-player charges and no feature upgrades.

How does tournament pricing work?

Free for a one-day tournament. Add what you need: extra days $20 each, team formats $20, match play $25, sponsors $20, auction $20, the books $15, donations $10. No tournament costs more than $99. You pay once, when the tournament goes live, with no subscription and nothing per player.
