How Parful worksOne score moves every board
Parful Clubs runs a club, society or league through its season. Parful Tournaments runs one golf tournament through its big day. Underneath, both work the same way: each score goes in once, from a phone, and every leaderboard, side game, competition and result reads from that card.
Which one fits
Choose by how often the same people play.
The difference is not size. A 144-player charity scramble is a tournament. A twelve-player society that plays monthly is a club. They are separate products with separate setup, and you do not need a club to run a tournament.

The tournament day
A tournament is set up for one day and closed out when it is over.
Registration, sponsors and donations build in the weeks before. On the day the field checks in and scores live, and the closeout is the last step. There is no roster to maintain afterward and no season to keep running.

The week of
Build the field
Groups and the tee sheet come from the entry list, with teams built by hand or for you.
The morning
Check players in
Search a name or scan a code. Anyone who still owes shows up before they tee off.
The round
Score it live
Players score from their phones, paper cards go through the card desk, and the leaderboard and the TV board move.
Afterward
Close it out
Cash, checks and cards are reconciled, and the closeout report shows what the day raised.
Sponsors, donations, the auction and the books are add-ons, each priced below. A one-day stroke play, Stableford, skins or scramble tournament is free, with any number of players.
Who sees what
The organizer, the players and the clubhouse each get their own screen.
Nobody downloads an app. Players sign up, pay and score in the phone browser, buyers need no Parful account, and roles run from owner down to scorer, so whoever runs Saturday does not need access to billing.

What it costs
A small club and a one-day tournament cost nothing.
Clubs with up to 16 active members are free, and so is a one-day tournament. The club or the organizer pays for Parful. Players pay what the organizer charges, plus a small service fee at checkout when they pay online.
