Every event gets a public page with the story, a countdown and a raised bar. Players, teams and sponsors buy from it with a card, and you see what has sold as the field fills up.

Packages and foursomes in one cart: Single spots, foursomes, dinner seats and add-ons, bought together in one checkout. Buyers need no Parful account.
Sponsor packages from the page: Sponsors pick a package, pay and send their logo without a phone call to you.

Run it

Run the day from one screen.

Check players in, move groups and tee times when someone drops out, and keep scoring moving through the round.

Check in by search or scan: Find a player by name or scan their code. Anyone who still owes shows up before they tee off.
Players score from their phones: A link in the phone browser, no app to download. The leaderboard moves as each hole goes in.
Contests and side games settle as they happen: Skins, closest to the pin and longest drive are worked out from the same scores, with no second sheet.

Every day its own game, and one overall winner.

Give each day of the event its own format. Side games run off the same scores, and Parful adds the days into one overall result: by total strokes, total points, or points for where each player or team finishes each day.

Formats include stroke play, scramble, Stableford, best ball, shamble, foursomes, match play and brackets, and more.

Entries, sponsorships, donations, auction sales and expenses sit on the same event, so the money is counted while the details are still fresh.

Cash, checks and cards reconciled by method: Each cash drawer is counted against what it should hold, and every check is logged until it is deposited.
Balances and promises tracked until paid: A sponsor who has promised, a foursome playing with a balance: each one stays on the list until the money lands.
Budget, expenses and P&L when the day closes: A budget set before the event turns the takings into what the cause actually raised.

Parful takes nothing from donations or auction winnings, and buyers cover the service fee on entries and sponsorships. A live event never goes offline over billing, and receipts and refunds work on every plan.

Events questions

Can I use Parful for a charity golf tournament?

Yes. Charity tournaments are the core use case: registration, sponsorship sales, donations, a silent auction, live scoring and the event finances all live on one event.

Can players register and pay online?

Yes. The event gets a public page where players and teams buy packages you define, such as a single spot, a foursome or a sponsorship that includes players, with card payment at checkout. Buyers check out as guests with an email address; no Parful account is required.

Can I sell sponsorships through the event page?

Yes. Sponsor packages sell from the public page, with logo collection and a sponsor portal where sponsors manage their own details, player spots and recognition.

Can we accept donations?

Yes. One-tap donations on the public page count toward a visible goal, and cash and check donations taken in person are recorded in the same event so the fundraising total stays complete.

Do players need to download an app?

No. Players open the scoring link in their phone browser, enter scores during the round and follow the leaderboard as it updates.

Does Parful include live scoring?

Yes. Scores update the leaderboard during the round so organizers and players can see where the event stands. Paper scorecards can also be entered at a card desk afterward.

Can Parful run a scramble?

Yes. Scrambles, best ball, shamble, stroke play, Stableford and match play are all supported, along with contests like closest to the pin and longest drive. A multi-day event can play a different format each day and still name one overall winner.

Can I track event expenses and profit?

Yes. Each event carries a budget plan, an expense register and a profit and loss statement, and payments reconcile by method so the close-out matches the bank.

Can I run a silent auction?

Yes. List items, take bids, close the auction and settle winners into the event totals. Silent auctions are included on the Tournament and Operations plans.

How does Events pricing work?

When you create an event, Parful asks what you need and shows the plan and price that follow. A one-day stroke play or scramble event is free, with any number of players. Anything more pays one flat fee when it goes live (Outing, Tournament or Operations), plus a smaller fee for each extra day. There are no per-player charges and no subscription, and Parful takes nothing from donations or auction winnings.
