Your spreadsheet imports as it is
No retyping. Upload the member sheet you already have: names, emails, handicap indexes, handicap IDs and phone numbers are matched to their columns automatically, and you check them on a preview before anything is saved. Likely duplicates are flagged before they split a member’s record.
A Sunday without the admin
Sign-ups open on Monday from the members’ phones. On Friday the groups build from the entry list, each player on their own tee. On Sunday the tee sheet reaches the host pro shop at 06:00, each group scores from a phone, and skins and the other side games count themselves from the card.
Close out once when the last card is in: the prizes resolve, handicaps revise, the order of merit moves and the results go live. Next month’s fixture starts by duplicating this one.
The order of merit keeps itself
Placing points, a Stableford league, an eclectic or a ringer, counting each member’s best rounds so the missed Sundays are forgiven, with divisions for separate races. A knockout runs across the season on a public bracket. At the end, the prize list, the standings and the attendance register print for the dinner.
